iExec guarantees full confidentiality for whistleblowers and the individuals concerned by a report.
Anyone who submits a report in good faith is legally protected from any form of retaliation or discrimination.
The process is overseen by our Head of People, acting independently and impartially, in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

What Can Be Reported?
The whistleblowing channel is dedicated to serious violations that may impact the company or the public interest, including (but not limited to):
● Fraud or corruption
● Discrimination or harassment
● Insider trading or misuse of company assets
● Serious threats to public health or the environmentReports must be based on reasonable belief and must not be used for personal conflicts or general
dissatisfaction. -
Who Can Report
At iExec, we are committed to creating a safe, ethical, and transparent work environment. We encourage all individuals involved with our company to speak up when they witness or suspect any misconduct, without fear of retaliation.
The whistleblowing system is open to:
● Current and former employees
● Job applicants
● Interns and apprentices
● Occasional or external collaborators
● Shareholders and business partnersAny individual acting in good faith and without personal benefit can submit a report.

What Happens Next?
All reports are reviewed and acknowledged within seven working days. If admissible, a fair and
proportionate investigation will be launched. The whistleblower will receive feedback within three
