Discuss your skills and experience to see if there's a mutual fit.
Share your expectations and requirements (location, flexibility, benefits, compensation, language, work environment, etc...).

After analyzing the discussion, Justine will provide you with feedback right away. If your expectations align with iExec’s, you’ll receive a use case to showcase your technical skills. -
Time ⌚ & format
You’ll have 24 to 48 hours to complete the use case at home, followed by a 45-minute feedback session with the team.
Objective 🗯️
Gain a deeper understanding of the role’s environment and technical requirements. The use case is designed to showcase your understanding and critical thinking skills, rather than seeking perfection.
During the feedback session, the team will share valuable insights, offer constructive feedback, and present technical challenges to help you grow.
✋Next?
If your technical skills align with our requirements, we will move forward to the final interview stage. Justine will send you a short psychometric analysis (10-15 minutes) to complete at home. -
Time ⌚ & format
1.5 hours (or 1h30) at our Lyon offices (or via video, depending on your location).
Objective 🗯️
Meet with your future manager to discuss your management style and career goals.
Ideally, join the team for a coffee to get to know each other better.
Finally, Justine will review your psychometric analysis and share iExec’s values with you.
Final Decision
At the end of the process, Justine will gather your feedback and address any final questions. Each step is thoughtfully designed to give you the information you need to plan your future with iExec.
We aim to provide a hiring decision within 24 to 48 hours, clearly explaining all details, benefits, and the integration process.
