Gender Equality Measures
Driving Change: Our actions to reduce gender disparities
Promoting Role Models and Gender Diversity in Tech
-
Highlighting Women in Key Positions
We actively showcase women holding key positions within our company through testimonials, interviews, and experience-sharing initiatives. Our goal is to inspire and motivate all employees. These efforts include gender-focused workshops, surveys, social media articles, and dedicated features in our newsletters.
-
Participation in Women in Tech Events
We encourage our company’s involvement in initiatives that promote women in the tech industry. Whenever possible, we offer internship and apprenticeship opportunities to support gender diversity in the field.
-
Industry Benchmarking
The report "Web3 in France – A Fast-Growing Ecosystem", published by Doors in January 2025, analyzed 72 companies and highlighted the underrepresentation of women in tech, with figures below 25%. The numbers are even lower in Web3, ranging between 18% and 20%. At iExec, we are proud to exceed these averages, with 26.5% female representation in both Tech and Web3.

Implementing a Salary Structure Based Solely on Job Categories and Market Factors
-
Standardized Salary Framework
We have established a single salary determination base for new hires, ensuring transparency and fairness. Every position comes with a fixed salary range disclosed during recruitment interviews, regardless of the candidate’s gender. This approach prevents female hires from starting with lower salaries than their male counterparts.
-
Biannual Salary Audits
We conduct two salary audits per year: during People Reviews and Mid-Year Checks, to analyze potential pay gaps based on job role, experience, and skills. If discrepancies are identified, we take corrective action based on concrete data analysis.
